Sunday Service Being Held At McNear Park
This Sunday (August 16th, 2009), Petaluma Christian Church will be holding a special community outreach church service at McNear Park in Petaluma California.
We will be celebrating the “graduation” of all out Vacation Bible School Students. There will be a special children’s presentation along with our typical Sunday worship service. Music will be provided by the Petaluma Christian Church praise team lead by Steve Carlton and the sermon will be offered by Pastor Bill Linton.
After service, The Amazing Caine, a local Christian illusionist will entertain everyone with a brief magical presentation with a message of stewardship pertaining to environmental awareness.
Finally, we will be having a BBQ.
Everyone is invited to attend and we encourage you to bring your friends.
Seating is open grass, so bring lawn chairs and/or blankets. We also suggest you wear sun screen and/or a hat or cap. There are benches under the oak trees for those who are less inclined to be in direct sun light.
